We are a prompt, reliable, friendly, uniformed, professional junk removal service. We load and haul away junk and unwanted items from residential or commercial properties.

2. What type of junk does your company remove?

We are able to removal any junk or unwanted items that are non-hazardous and can be lifted by two junk specialists. Please contact us with any question.

1-800-DECLUTTER is fully licensed. Our trucks are fully licensed and all certificates and permits are retained.

4. Is 1-800-DECLUTTER fully insured?
1-800-DECLUTTER trucks and employees are fully insured.

5. Do you provide a moving service?
We are not licensed or insured to transport items for moving purposes. We are a junk removal service. We specialize in adding space to your place.

6. How far in advance should I schedule?
Contact us as soon as possible. Appointments fill up quickly. One of our experienced agents will assist you with scheduled availability in your area. However, usually we have next day junk removal openings available. Sameday appointments are available for special circumstances.

7. Can you give me the exact price over the phone?
Pricing is based on volume and the type of materials being removed. Our phone agents will be happy to explain prices based on volume and materials. Our team appraiser will provide you with an up front no-obligation price quote when the team arrives for their scheduled appointment. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

8. Do I have to be present on site when the junk is picked up?
We prefer our clients to be on site when our trucks arrive. We call you 15-30 minutes before our arrival to let you know when during your scheduled two hours window we will be arriving. If you are unable to be on site to meet us, the team appraiser will discuss our pricing over the phone with you. Once confirmation is granted, our appraiser will accept your credit card number via the telephone.

9. What type of payment do you require?
We accept all major credit cards as well as personal checks. Cash is accepted but not preferred. We offer invoicing for our residential and commercial clients who have an established credit relationship with our company.

10. Can 1-800-DECLUTTER remove junk after regular business hours?
Yes! However, this will require special arrangements. After all, your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

11. What does 1-800-DECLUTTER do with all the junk?
All qualifying items are recycled or donated. We recycle or donate more than half of all items we remove. Leftover waste is then taken to the transfer station or landfill.

12. Can you dispose of hazardous materials?
No, we are not a licensed to transport of hazardous materials. Call your waste management facility for hazardous materials information.

13. What other equipment is your truck equipped with?
One team of friendly professional junk specialists, drop tarps, rakes, brooms, shovels, sawzall, and a dolly.

14. What are the differences between your service and a roll off dumpster?
Our team does all the manual labor and cleanup. We only charge our clients for the amount of volume used. Roll off dumpsters take space and sit empty until YOU load them. You also pay for the entire volume of the roll off, no matter how much space you use.

15. What is the size of your truck?
Our trucks dump bodies are 12 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 5 feet tall. Approximately 480 cubic feet/ 18 cubic yards.
